As miúdas adoram servir-se do mel neste formato. Por norma não compro pois a maioria não tem mel de qualidade, mas <a href="https://www.serramel.com/produtos/embalagens-especiais/urso-de-mel-de-rosmaninho/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">este da Serramel</a> tem apenas mel de rosmaninho português. Assim se prepara um lanche ou pequeno-almoço simples e divertido! Sabem a mimo mas com poucos hidratos!</p><p>Além de low carb são &#8220;animal based&#8221; ou seja, só com bons produtos de origem animal!</p><p>Estes têm apenas 2 ingredientes e são deliciosos!!</p><p>4 ovos<br>125 g queijo mascarpone (ou outro queijo cremoso)</p><p>&#8211; Mistura tudo com a varinha mágica ou robô.<br>&#8211; Aquece a frigideira e pincela com azeite ou manteiga. 										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Há dias tinha ali metade de uma melancia &#8220;abandonada&#8221; no frigorífico e então dei-lhe nova vida com uma compota e sabes o que te digo? Ficou magnífica!</p>

<p>Não há propriamente uma receita, mas vou deixar umas indicações básicas:</p>
<p>&#8211; Limpa a melancia de sementes, tira-a da casca e corta em pedaços.<br />
&#8211; Arranja um tomate: tira a pele e as sementes. Corta também em pedaços.<br />
&#8211; Junta no máximo 1/10 do peso da fruta em açúcar (podes usar amarelo ou mascavado). Junta um pau de canela (prefiro cassia) e leva a cozinhar mexendo de vez em quando até ter a consistência desejada.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Hoje trago-vos uma receita simples e deliciosa de papas de aveia (e ovo) que ficou pronta em 5 minutos. </span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Já <a href="https://ostemperosdaargas.com/2020/07/22/placa-de-inducao-free-cook-meireles/">vos falei da minha</a> nova placa de indução</span><a href="https://www.meireles.pt/produto/free-cook/"><span style="font-weight: 400;"> Free Cook da Meireles</span></a><span style="font-weight: 400;">, marca da qual sou embaixadora. Confesso que a alteração de fogão a gás para placa de indução mudou bastante a nossa rotina. Essencialmente porque é prática tanto para utilizar como para limpar! </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Estas papas de aveia podem ser preparadas na noite anterior ou de manhã pois são muito rápidas de preparar e perfeitamente adaptáveis ao seu gosto particular. </span></p>
<h2><span style="font-weight: 400;">Para 2 doses:</span></h2>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">1 medida (caneca) de flocos de aveia finos</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">2 medidas de água ou bebida vegetal</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Ingredientes opcionais:</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">3-4 rodelas de banana</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">1 ovo</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Canela moída</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Manteiga de amêndoa ou de amendoim</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Fruta para servir</span></p>
<h2><span style="font-weight: 400;">Preparação:</span></h2>
<ol>
<li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Leve a água, os flocos de aveia e a banana (se utilizar) e cozinhe por uns 5 minutos em lume brando.</span></li>

Se utilizar o ovo, adicione mais meia medida de água fria, misture no preparado quente e adicione imediatamente a clara de ovo crua e misture novamente até incorporar. Neste ponto, pode também adicionar a canela moída. Cozinhe por mais uns 2-3 minutos, até à consistência desejada.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Sirva a gosto com fruta, manteiga de amêndoa ou amendoim.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">A adição do ovo irá enriquecer a papa em proteína e gordura, tornando-a numa papa mais completa e saciante. Pode substituir os flocos de aveia por flocos de quinoa ou de trigo sarraceno.</span></p>

<li>Bata as claras em castelo. Para tal utilizo o Speedy Chef da Tupperware. Quando estiverem bem firmes, adicione as gemas uma-a-uma e continue a bater entre cada adição.</li>
<li>Incorpore depois o preparado bem desfeito.</li>
<li>Cozinhe em frigideira aquecida, em lume moderado, pincelando-a previamente com azeite ou óleo de coco.</li>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>A minha filha mais nova tem estado adoentada e, portanto, preparei umas papas de aveia enriquecidas. E falo-vos hoje desta opção: transportar refeições nos pacotinhos reutilizáveis <a href="https://www.squeez.pt/">Squeez</a>. Estes pacotinhos são ótimos para estas situações:</p>
<ul>
<li>ocupam pouco espaço;</li>
<li>podem ser facilmente transportados na mala sem risco de verter graças ao duplo fecho;</li>
<li>se quiser aquecer o conteúdo, este é fácil de retirar e colocar num prato para aquecer. O pacotinho vazio ocupa pouco espaço e pode voltar a ser colocado na mala ou mochila.</li>

<p>Estas papas de aveia ficam ótimas frias, podendo ficar mais ou menos espessas de acordo com o paladar da criança ou bebé. Foram enriquecidas com fruta e ovo, sendo assim uma papa rica em <strong>gordura</strong> benéfica, boa fonte de <strong>proteín</strong>a saciante e a aveia fornece também <strong>hidratos de carbono complexos</strong>, com baixo efeito no nível glicémico além dos <strong>minerais</strong> e <strong>vitaminas</strong> incluídos nos ingredientes utilizados.</p>
<p>O que precisam (aprox. 4 pacotinhos):</p>
<p>1 maça reineta</p>
<p>1 ovo</p>
<p>1/2 chávena de flocos de aveia</p>
<p>1 1/2 chávenas de água (menos se utilizar flocos de aveia grossos)</p>
<p>Opcional: canela, gengibre, etc.</p>
<ol>
<li>Leve a clara de ovo, os flocos de aveia e a água ao lume, vá mexendo até que fique com a textura desejada (pode necessitar de mais ou menos água consoante o gosto e os flocos utilizados).</li>
<li>Adicione a maçã sem casca ralada e a gema de ovo, envolva durante uns segundos e desligue.</li>
</ol>
<p>Para colocar no pacotinho, a papa deve estar completamente fria antes de o introduzir. Depois, deve colocar com uma colher pela base, fechando corretamente o fecho zip depois de terminar.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Hoje é o dia da Convenção Internacional dos Direitos da Criança. Neste dia celebra-se a data em que se adoptou este tratado de direitos humanos fundamentais das crianças. Em Portugal, utiliza-se este dia para celebrar o <a href="http://www.mundosdevida.pt/_O_que_e_o_Dia_Nacional_do_Pijama">Dia do Pijama</a> e assim sensibilizar&nbsp;a todos que &#8220;uma criança tem direito a crescer numa família&#8221;.</p>
<p>A minha filha mais nova hoje foi de pijama e foi mais um dia em que, ainda deitadas na&nbsp; cama, protegidas e quentinhas, falámos dos vários problemas com que algumas crianças se deparam, falámos do que podemos fazer para ajudar e do que temos e pelo qual estamos gratas. O resto do dia será de brincadeira, é certo, muitas pessoas discordam deste &#8220;Dia do pijama&#8221; exatamente por isso, eu acho que é mais uma oportunidade para assinalar uma data importante, introduzindo-a de modo divertido. Porque, felizmente, podemos.</p>

<p>Para este dia, escolhi assim umas panquecas de banana e mirtilos e um <a href="https://www.squeez.pt/">Squeez</a>&nbsp;de iogurte e framboesas. A melhor coisa que se pode dar a uma criança ao pequeno-almoço (segundo elas, claro!) são umas panquecas, mas estas não são umas panquecas quaisquer, fazem parte de um<strong> super-lanche</strong>! Porquê super?</p>
<ul>
<li>frutos vermelhos são ricos em antioxidantes e têm baixo índice glicémico</li>
<li>iogurte grego (este é caseiro &#8211; receita em breve) é saciante, rico em boas gorduras</li>
<li>panquecas apenas adoçadas com banana, <strong>o melhor adoçante é a fruta</strong>!</li>
<li>aveia é saciante e também tem nutrientes interessantes</li>
<li>pacotinho reutilizável <a href="https://www.squeez.pt/">Squeez</a>&nbsp;prático para ingerir o iogurte de forma divertida!</li>
</ul>
<p>Preparei tudo rapidamente enquanto elas se vestiram (sim, ela foi de pijama mas levou um lavado!).</p>
<p><span style="text-decoration:underline;">Para 1 <a href="https://www.squeez.pt/">Squeez</a>:&nbsp;</span></p>
<p>3 colheres de sopa de iogurte grego (ou 1 iogurte natural)</p>
<p>8 framboesas</p>

<li>Triture com a varinha mágica e encha o pacotinho com a tampa fechada, abrindo na base, utilizando uma colher.</li>
<li>Mantenha os pacotinhos no frigorífico por até 24 horas (para melhor sabor e qualidade nutricional). Se for para consumir à tarde, pode juntar um acumulador de frio pequeno para garantir melhor conservação.</li>
</ol>

<p>Para as panquecas (2 doses):</p>
<p>70 g iogurte grego</p>
<p>40 g farinha de aveia</p>
<p>Cerca de 15 mirtilos</p>
<p>1 ovo</p>
<p>1/2 banana madura</p>
<p>pitada de bicarbonato de sódio</p>
<p>Azeite virgem extra para pincelar a frigideira</p>

<ol>
<li>Triture todos os ingredientes (excepto os mirtilos) com a varinha mágica.</li>
<li>Pincele a frigideira com azeite. Aqueça-a.</li>
<li>Quando estiver bem quente, coloque colheradas com massa do tamanho que pretender, adicione os mirtilos e deixe cozinhar em lume brando, vire apenas quando estiver cozido do primeiro lado.</li>
<li>Repita com o restante preparado.</li>
