Adiciona a farinha e incorpora.</li>

Mega-aprovado!</p><h2 class="wp-block-heading">Ingredientes para o Brownie Cheesecake:</h2><p>Brownie</p><p>150 g chocolate negro<br>100 g manteiga<br>50 g mix farinhas sem glúten (arroz, amêndoa, fécula,&#8230;)<br>50 g mascavado<br>3 ovos<br>Extrato de baunilha</p><p>Cheesecake</p><p>1 embalagem mascarpone<br>1-2 c. sopa açúcar mascavado<br>1 ovo<br>Extrato baunilha</p><h2 class="wp-block-heading">Preparação do Brownie Cheesecake:</h2><p>1. Derrete o chocolate com a manteiga e o açúcar. Coloquei no meu robô de cozinha, a <a href="https://www.kenwoodworld.com/pt-pt/kcook-multi" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">kCook Multi da Kenwood </a>a 60 graus por 3 minutos na velocidade 3.<br>2. Adiciona os restantes ingredientes do brownie e mistura apenas até incorporar (programei na velocidade 4).<br>3. Coloca numa forma, pincelada com azeite. Reserva 2-3 colheres de sopa da massa.<br>4. Prepara um cheesecake misturando todos os ingredientes. Coloca sobre o brownie.<br>5. Decora com a massa de brownie reservada.<br>6. Ainda mais agora que a mais pequena está apaixonada por este jogo </p><p>Ficou verdadeiramente fabuloso. Tenho a certeza que vais adorar! Podes preparar em formato mármore caso não tenhas o acessório para preparar neste formato.</p><p>Vamos à receita para 4 camadas em forma de 20 cm de diâmetro.</p><h2 class="wp-block-heading">Ingredientes</h2><p>8 ovos<br>100 g polvilho doce<br>100 g amêndoa moída<br>100 g natas ou iogurte grego<br>80 g açúcar mascavado<br>20 g cacau<br>1 c. café fermento<br>Extrato de baunilha</p><h2 class="wp-block-heading">Preparação</h2><ul class="wp-block-list"><li>Separa as gemas das claras.</li><li>Bate as gemas com o açúcar e a baunilha.</li><li>Junta as farinhas e o fermento.</li><li>Pesa a quantidade de massa e divide em duas partes iguais.</li><li>Incorpora o cacau numa das partes e depois incorpora delicadamente metade das claras em castelo em cada uma delas.</li><li>Coloca nas formas indicadas, pinceladas com manteiga e polvilhadas com polvilho.</li><li>Leva a forno pré-aquecido a 180 graus. O tempo de cozedura vai depender da altura da forma. Usa o palito!</li></ul><p>Para o recheio preparei uma ganache de chocolate com natas que levei a ferver e onde depois juntei o chocolate negro. Deixei arrefecer um pouco, recheei e juntei as camadas e depois cobri. Aguarda 5 minutos.</li><li>Agora adiciona os ovos e mistura (podes apenas usar um garfo).</li><li>Adiciona os restantes ingredientes, excepto o chocolate e mistura. Deixa levedar com a taça tapada por cerca de 1 hora.</li><li>Divide em duas partes, enrola com as mãos, numa superfície enfarinhada e forma dois cilindros. Enrola em trança, colocando os pesados de chocolate no meio.</li><li>Coloca num tabuleiro forrado com papel vegetal e pincela. Neste caso sugiro que prepares a Torta com recheio de morango, mas prepara-a numa forma circular de cerca de 20 cm &#8211; <a href="https://ostemperosdaargas.com/2021/02/08/torta-com-recheio-de-morango/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">vê a receita aqui</a>.</p><h2 class="wp-block-heading">Receita do bolo: </h2><p>50 g polvilho doce</p><p>50 g natas ou leite de côco</p><p>45 g amêndoa moída</p><p>45 g açúcar mascavado</p><p>20 g cacau em pó</p><p>4 ovos</p><p>1 colher de café de fermento ou bicarbonato</p><ul class="wp-block-list"><li>Separa as gemas das claras. Bate as gemas com os restantes ingredientes.</li><li>Bate as claras em castelo e incorpora no preparado anterior.</li><li>Coloca numa forma forrada com papel vegetal e cozinha a 180ºC por cerca de 10 minutos (vê com o palito se já está cozida).</li><li>Desenforma sobre uma folha de papel vegetal e enrola de imediato. Coloca no frigorífico até que esteja fria.</li></ul><h2 class="wp-block-heading">Receita do recheio:</h2><p>600 ml natas frescas</p><p>1-3 c. sopa mel ou outro adoçante</p><p>Extrato de baunilha</p><p>Morangos frescos</p><p>Opcional: </p><p>1 colher de sopa de gelatina neutra em pó ou 2 g folhas de gelatina neutra</p><ul class="wp-block-list"><li>Bate as natas até ficarem firmes. Se usares gelatina em pó, adiciona e bate até incorporar. Se usares gelatina em folha, coloca a demolhar num pouco de natas por uns 5 minutos e leva depois ao microondas uns segundos até derreter. Incorpora delicadamente.</li><li>Adiciona o mel a pouco-e-pouco e a baunilha.</li></ul><h2 class="wp-block-heading">Montagem:</h2><ul class="wp-block-list"><li>Corta um círculo de, aproximadamente 1 cm &#8211; 1 ,5 cm de altura e coloca num prato. </li><li>Cobre com um pouco das natas batidas, espalha os morangos fatiados, cobre com as restantes natas, dando a forma pretendida. </li><li>Decora com bolo &#8220;em miolos&#8221;, e decora ao teu gosto. Este curd é produzido por processos artesanais com limões da Beira Baixa, portanto, tudo de bom, num frasquinho e as framboesas são produzidas aqui na minha região&#8230;já o chocolate, bem, o chocolate podes utilizar aquele que costumas utilizar aí por casa!</p><p>200 g chocolate negro a gosto</p><p>Framboesas frescas</p><p>Curd de limão</p><ol class="wp-block-list"><li>Parte o chocolate em pedaços e coloca num recipiente a derreter em banho-maria. Em alternativa, podes perfeitamente colocar num prato no microondas e vais colocando em potência média a pouco-e-pouco, mexendo de vez em quando. </li><li>Distribui o chocolate pelas forminhas, cobrindo também as laterais. Podes colocar um pouco no frigorífico ou congelador antes de prosseguires. </li><li>Coloca uma colher de chá de curd de limão e cobre novamente com um pouco de chocolate e, por fim, termina com as framboesas. Decora a gosto. </li><li>Leva ao frigorífico até que estejam firmes. É muito simples, além disso, esta torta com recheio de morango é facilmente adaptável e super-fácil de enrolar. No meu caso até ficou grossa demais (escolhi um tabuleiro demasiado pequeno) e enrolou na mesma sem problema e, na verdade, ficou perfeita!</p><h2 class="wp-block-heading">Ingredientes torta:</h2><p>50 g polvilho doce</p><p>50 g natas ou leite de côco</p><p>45 g amêndoa moída</p><p>45 g açúcar mascavado</p><p>20 g cacau em pó</p><p>4 ovos</p><p>1 colher de café de fermento ou bicarbonato</p><p>Preparação:</p><ul class="wp-block-list"><li>Separa as gemas das claras. Bate as gemas com os restantes ingredientes.</li><li>Bate as claras em castelo e incorpora no preparado anterior.</li><li>Coloca num tabuleiro forrado com papel vegetal e cozinha a 180ºC por cerca de 10 minutos (vê com o palito se já está cozida). </li><li>Desenforma sobre uma folha de papel vegetal e enrola de imediato. Coloca no frigorífico até que esteja fria. </li></ul><h2 class="wp-block-heading">Ingredientes recheio:</h2><p>150 ml natas</p><p>150 g compota morango</p><p>1 colher de sopa de gelatina neutra em pó ou 2 g folhas de gelatina neutra</p><p>Preparação:</p><ul class="wp-block-list"><li>Bate as natas até ficarem firmes. Se usares gelatina em pó, adiciona e bate até incorporar. Se usares gelatina em folha, coloca a demolhar num pouco de natas por uns 5 minutos e leva depois ao microondas uns segundos até derreter. 										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Hoje trago-vos uma receita super-reconfortante. Utilizo cacau em receitas para crianças. Não sempre, claro, mas de vez em quando. E porquê? O cacau é um alimento interessante, nutritivo e que sabe a mimo! O cacau e não o chocolate!</p><div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter size-large"><img decoding="async" src="https://temperosdaargas.files.wordpress.com/2020/12/img_1733.jpg?w=1024" alt="" class="wp-image-11856"/></figure></div><p>Qual a diferença? O cacau é obtido do grão, é amargo e rico em gordura. O chocolate é preparado a partir deste, ao qual é adicionada manteiga de cacau, açúcar ou outro adoçante, lecitinas e, eventualmente, leite ou natas. E com a escolha do chocolate é que temos de ter especial cuidado, pois muitos chocolates têm apenas 20-30 % cacau, especialmente os chocolates &#8220;infantis&#8221;!</p><p>Voltemos ao cacau. Rico em triptofano, responsável pela produção de serotonina, promove o bem-estar, tem também dopamina e feniletilamina que aumentam a endorfina e melhoram o humor. Tem polifenóis que ajudam na prevenção de várias doenças mas o cacau tem também cafeína e a teobromina que são estimulantes e por isso não deve ser consumido em grande quantidade, nomeadamente em crianças. Portanto, voltamos à regra &#8220;moderação&#8221;. </p><p>Eventualmente nesta receita e noutras, poderás substituir o cacau em pó por farinha de alfarroba. Sou fã de chocolate! Sou fã de sobremesas de chocolate! Sou fã de chocolate quase-quase sem açúcar! Por isso, este dia tem mesmo de ser celebrado e como? Ora, com chocolate!<br />
⁣<br />
A sobremesa que vos trago é muito simples de preparar e é perfeita para dar gasto às gemas que por vezes andam esquecidas no frigorífico (se não for o caso, pode preparar crepes de claras com as claras que sobram)!⁣<br />
⁣<br />
Vamos lá preparar a receita:⁣<br />
⁣<br />
2 gemas de ovo⁣<br />
2 c. sopa de açúcar mascavado (ou outro!)⁣<br />
3 c. sopa de fubá de mandioca (ou polvilho, araruta, amido de milho)⁣<br />
125 g chocolate negro⁣<br />
550 ml de leite ou bebida vegetal a gosto⁣ &#8211; utilizei <a href="https://www.origensbio.pt/bebidas/bebidas-vegetais/bebida-arroz-sem-adicao-acucar-1l">Joya </a></p>

&#8211; leve o chocolate e o leite ao lume até que o chocolate derreta⁣<br />
&#8211; misture as gemas com a farinha e o açúcar. Adicione um pouco do preparado quente e misture.⁣<br />
&#8211; leve ao lume e cozinhe, mexendo sempre, até engrossar.⁣<br />
⁣<br />
Coloque em taças e leve ao frigorífico. Sirva frio com natas ou creme de coco batidos.⁣<br />
⁣<br />
